Bahan-bahan :

Asam jawa 2sb diramas dengan 125ml air

Nanas 1 keping , dipotong ketulan

Tomato 2 biji, di baji

Air 60ml (saye lebihkan air mengikut citarasa, supaya kuah x terlalu pekat)

Bunga Kantan 1 kuntum, dibelah 4

Cili padi 4 tangkai

Cili merah 1 tangkai, dbuang biji & dihiris memanjang

Daun kesum 10 helai

Ikan siakap 1 ekor, dbersihkan ( saye gune ikan tenggiri 2 -3 keping jer)

Jus limau nipis 2 sb ( saye x letak pun.. ^_^)

Daun limau purut 2 helai, hiris nipis

Daun ketumbar 2 tangkai, dipetik daunnye

Minyak utk menumis

Garam & gula secukup rasa

Bahan-bahan kisar halus :

Cili merah 8 tangkai , dibuang biji

Cili padi 3 tangkai

Buah keras 6 biji

Kunyit hidup 2cm, dikupas

Belacan 2 st

Daun ketumbar 3 tangkai

Daun limau purut 2 helai

Bawang merah 8 ulas, dikupas

Bawang putih 3 ulas, dikupas

Halia muda 1cm, dikupas

Cara-cara :

1. Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan2 kisar sehingga wangi.

2. Masukkan air asam jawa, nanas, tomato & didihkan bersama air sehinnga sos menjadi pekat.

3. Tambah garam & gula, masukkan bunga kantan, cili padi, cili merah & daun kesum.

4. Letakkan ikan d atas pinggan. Tuang kuah asam pedas ke atasnya dan kukus selama 15-20 minit. ( tapi saya hanye memasukkan ikan ke dalam kuah asam pedas, tutup kuali dan masak dengan api kecil hingga ikan masak.. )

5. Sebelum dihidangkan, tuangkan jus limau nipis di atas ikan. Hiaskan dengan limau purut & daun ketumbar.

P/S : rasa masakan ini memang lebih masam sikit daripada masak asam pedas biasa.. tapi sedap!! selamat mencuba.. ^_^

We had to come out with a new promotion and strategies proposal for the year of 2011 for McD Malaysia.. So we came out with this McKebab thing...a Mc Wrap actually..but changed to Mc Kebab just so to fit the theme for the 'Buka Puasa Promotion' during the fasting month in Malaysia .. '!! ^_^
